Torrance Partnership LLP was established in 1976 in Invergordon when a need was identified for a specialist surveying practice based in and controlled from the Highlands. Since then the Practice has flourished through steady expansion within the Highlands & Islands.

The breadth of services provided by the Practice is unique in the area covering the spheres of General Practice and Quantity Surveying backed up by qualified and dedicated staff. The Practice also believes in being fully committed to investing in its most valuable resource, its staff. Our on-going training & development with respect to Quality Assurance benefits our Clients in the form of high professional standards.

The geographical topography of the Highlands calls for unique solutions and our Practice has sought to bring the full range of its services closer to it's clients, offering a local, professional service.

Mark joined Torrance Partnership over 20 years ago and became Partner in 2004. He currently operates from the Inverness Office with responsibility for Quantity Surveyinng, Project Management and CDM services.

Douglas Gordon
BSc (Hons) MRICS
Douglas joined Torrance Partnership in 2006 and became a Partner in 2017. Principally undertaking residential valuations and surveys as a Registered Valuer, Douglas also has considerable experience with boundary conflicts & undertaking plans for title registration or decrofting.
